Q: When is the next programme?
A: The MCLE Fair is held in London on a Friday/Saturday in mid-January each year.
Q: Are there any hotels near where the conference is held?
A: We do not arrange or block hotel rooms for conference delegates. Herbert Smith is located in the City of London. This is the financial district of London, and there are few hotels in the direct vicinity. The closest hotel is the 'Andaz Liverpool Street London Hotel', formerly known as 'The Great Eastern Hotel', which can be found on-line at http://london.liverpoolstreet.andaz.com/. Alternately, the London section of www.hoteldirect.com has links to several hotels or hotel-finding companies.

This is adjusted up to a total of 14 credits for states using a 50 minute credit unit in calculating CLE credits. Credit will sought in all US MCLE jurisdictions.
Law Society of England and Wales CPD credits are provided by CLE Europe Limited. Credit in Law Societies of Hong Kong and/or Sydney will be sought as requested. Paris and Brussels credits may also be available.
The London Fair meets the annual requirement of most jurisdictions. For questions about a specific jurisdiction, please use this link to review current requirements and/or email us to confirm that a specific jurisdiction is pre-qualified.

Q: Can I have the reference number for my State Bar?
A: Program reference numbers and activity codes for use on CLE reporting transcripts or statements are available; however we are required by each State to search our provider records to confirm that any person requesting this information has attended our program before we are able to provide this information. Fair Delegates can obtain this information by sending an email inquiry to: dmpalazzo@jonesday.com.
Q: What about materials?
A: We will provide you with basic materials for the programme on the day. Additional materials may be available on this web site for individuals who have registered and paid their enrollment fee. Once these materials are available, we will contact delegates with the access password. We will also email any materials that a speaker has asked delegates to familiarize themselves with prior to attending.
Q: What do I have to do to ensure that my credits are recorded?
A: Please make sure you sign in on arrival on both days. If you are not attending the first session in the morning, please make yourself known to one of the organizers during the break or during lunch. It is your responsibility to make sure that you receive your credits.
Q: When will I get my attendance certificate?
A: We distribute attendance certificates on Saturday at the end of the programme. If you cannot stay until the end of the programme, we will mail the attendance cerificate to you. If you have not given us your State Bar details, we will send you the attendance certificate once we have this information. Members of the Ohio, Florida and Texas State Bars will need to complete and sign attendance cards and RETURN THEM TO US, in order to receive proper credit. English Solcitors will need the course reference number for their training records.
