IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
REGARDING CLE EUROPE’S LONDON FAIR

After twenty years of January continuing legal education conferences in London, CLE Europe has reluctantly decided to discontinue those annual events. It has been a difficult decision and we had hoped to find new sponsors to continue our work; however this has not proved possible. We have had discussions with various potential candidates and for various reasons these have not been successful.

When we began these continuing education conferences, there were few if any other opportunities for U.S. qualified lawyers to fulfill their minimum continuing legal education requirements in Europe. Now, however there are many other professional offerings, including courses through law societies and in-house education through major law firms, as well as online programs that are approved in many jurisdictions. In addition, Law Society SRA is a recognized jurisdiction in both New York and California which allows SRA CPD credits to be used to fulfill the CLE requirements in those states.

We are grateful for the loyal support we have enjoyed from many of you over the years and will miss the occasion to renew our acquaintance every January. We wish you all the best in your future professional endeavors and we hope we have contributed in some way towards your professional education over the years.
